WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/BRING ON BOARD?
Water, beverages, and snacks are more than welcomed on board our vessel. We highly recommend bringing water for hydration during the hot summer months,
We suggest wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. You may want to bring along some sunscreen and wear your bathing suit under clothes in the summer months. In the fall, light jackets or sweaters are recommended when out on the water.
Passenger safety is our number one concern on Fevre and we will not sail in the event of inclement weather. While a little light rain isn't enough to stop our tough pirates, we will cancel in the event of heavy down pours, high winds, and lightening. Should Swansboro by Sail Management be forced to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be provided with the next available charter sail. Please provide your contact information for the day of your scheduled departure, so in the event of cancellation we may contact you directly as soon as possible.
WHAT IS SWANSBORO BY SAIL CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our policy states that ticket holders have 24 hours prior to their scheduled departure to cancel their reservation. In the event of a ‘no show’ no monies will be refunded.
Make sure to allow plenty of time to park and prepare for your trip. We operate on a strict schedule and need to leave the dock on time. Don’t take a chance on being left behind! If the Swansboro by Sail cancels due to unsafe weather conditions, or mechanical malfunction, you will be provided with the next available charter sail.
